If you are human, something draws you to beautiful sunset.  You can't help but look at the sun as it fades to the horizon and spills buckets of color across the sky.

Photographers will all agree that magical images unveil themselves at sunset and it is our job to find them.  I find myself looking out the window almost every day just in case something is about to happen.

Here are some of my favorite sunsets captured.

Call it luck. Call it fate. It was meant to be capturing this sun behind the barn I had admired for years.
On a boat in glassy water, this one was hard to forget.
I stood in the middle of a field as a storm began to form.
I had been working to get this shot for a mighty long time, and it finally happened.
Abstract sunset artwork
This came as a result of lightning fast experimentation where I noticed the tiniest little glow from a witness.
November 18, 2008 is a day that I will always remember one of the most vibrant sunsets I've ever seen.
I walked out to the middle of nowhere and found this compilation of shapes and colors in the foreground.
The sun lit up the interesting colors below my feet as seagulls would fly around me.
I waited until everyone left and was treated to a nice afterglow from the setting sun.
I stood in the water mesmerized by the colors bouncing on the surface of the water.
