Most nature photographers wait patiently all year for the arrival of fall. The colors of the changing trees and foliage add so much drama and depth to landscapes. Somewhat boring scenes are transformed into visually captivating moments.

I just drove around with absolutely no goal in mind near Mankato, MN when I found this. The clouds allowed rays of sun to hit the scene just right.
