I think it all started when I was downtown in New Orleans in 2001.

I was walking fast since I knew there was a group waiting for my arrival so we could continue our Mardi Gras celebration. As I walked down and noticed the array of cool window displays flashing beside me, I suddenly stopped.

Mounted on a wall inside the store was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. I made that judgment even before walking in the doors, so I pulled the door open anxious to see the beauty of it up close. The colors were brilliantly chosen and came together perfectly. Whoever made this artwork was a genius.

I scanned down to see who the artist was, but something got in the way. The price tag. I couldn’t believe it. Who could afford this? Was this a joke? I chuckled, then sighed, and took one last glance before heading out the door.

That moment still remains in my mind like it happened yesterday. I remember the price ($14,000), but I forgot the name of the artist.

When I decided to start selling my artwork years later, I knew one thing for sure: the price was not going to overshadow the art itself.

And hopefully not the author of the work either.

Not only that, the artwork was going to be affordable.

  • I believe you deserve to have artwork you love.
  • I believe art does not have to be expensive to be stunning and distinctive.
  • I believe you should be able to see the art in your space before you buy it.
  • I believe you should be able to customize any artwork to fit your space and taste.

It’s really that simple. I am creating artwork to accomplish these missions so that art buying can mean more, cost less, and serve as a fun and ideal solution to eliminate those blank walls I despise so much.

Let me know how I can help you with a striking wall art project you can afford.
