1. Why choose Franklin Arts?

I am an artist who is just as obsessed with exceeding your expectations as I am with creating the art.  I am not a reseller or distributor and all of the work found here is a result of my own blood (attempting to jump over barbed wire fences in random fields), sweat (running to avoid the lightning overhead), and tears (okay, this hasn’t happened yet, but it just might in the future.)  You catch my drift.  Other similar sites like mine out there have limited connection to the art itself and no personal investment in finding the absolute best artwork for your space like I do.  My approach to free customizations and letting you see art in your space before you buy it are two examples of many in which I go the extra mile for you and your business.

2. What kind of art is this?

All artworks start as a digital photograph.  My abstract art and surreal art pieces undergo post-processing and the “creative pedal” can be pressed lightly or floored, or anywhere in between.  The natural art, on the other hand, undergoes little to no post-processing and reveals the result of the carefully composed shot in the field. 

3. Should I sign up to be a member?

If you want deals not available to the public and insights to the latest art, decor trends, and other goodies, then you certainly do!  And don’t worry, I DO NOT spam you nor distribute any of your information including your email.

4. Will you do custom artwork?

Definitely. And I do A LOT of it.  I’d love to help create personalized art to suite your taste and decor. Simply contact me and let me know your ideas.  Remember that you can change configuration, size, and even color to make it your own.  I feel confident that I can bring some personal flare to your intended environment.  Read more about my approach to custom artwork.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is $15 for those in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  I also ship to Canada for $40, which includes taxes and duties.  Even if you order a monster canvas, it doesn’t matter.  If you are located outside of these areas, please contact me for a custom quote.

6. When will I receive my artwork?

Generally, your artwork will be at your doorstep within 10-14 business days from when your order is placed.

7. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Shipping & packing is our highest priority. However, if a piece of artwork does arrive damaged, please notify me right away and a replacement will be sent immediately. All art is wrapped with foam sleeves and are shipped in artwork boxes for maximum protection.

8. Is your website secure?

Absolutely.  Your personal information is 100% secure. All of our pages during the checkout process are secured using SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) encryption.

9. What sizes of art do you offer?

I can customize your art to be nearly any size.  Putting it another way, I’ve never had to turn any client down thus far.

10. Can you turn my image into art?
